Civic Passage Foundation is a values-driven community-action organization working to strengthen the relationships, information flows, and community infrastructure that help people successfully reach existing services and resources.
Resources can exist while access still fails.
Communities may contain organizations, public agencies, programs, volunteers, and other resources capable of helping people in need. Yet people can still be unaware of those resources, unable to navigate them, unable to access them effectively, or lose continuity while moving between fragmented systems.

Help people identify, navigate, and access existing community and social-service resources.

Develop the relationships, information flows, volunteer systems, and organizational structures that make those passages possible.

Our first discovery pilot asks a narrow question: where does the pathway between an adult experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Venice and existing services actually break down?
